We have procured Cut-Section Model of a Passenger Car (4-Door Maruti Esteem Sedan) with following elements and it is currently setup in the Workshop. The Model uses an electric motor that drives all important elements to function/move. In addition, critical joints in the model are sectioned to highlight engineering design challenges. In particular, Engine, Transmission System, Fuel System, Exhaust system, Suspension, Braking System, Steering Mechanism, various Electrical systems are available for a functional look. The Car model is mounted on an inclined steel structure and in addition, separate Door and Instrument Panel models are also made for detailed study.
